All Divasbliss shipping orders are processed through UPS or FedEx and tracking numbers will be provided. Most orders ship within two business days. Upon shipment, customers will receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please inspect your order upon arrival for accuracy and fit. Divasbliss is based within the U.S.A. International shipping rates apply and a shipping cost estimate will be provided while placing your order, prior to confirmation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org call 561-465-2411 Divasbliss gladly accepts returns for merchandise that is new, unworn, not-laundered and with tags in place – or if arrive damaged upon receipt (from shipping), or if shipped merchandise is inconsistent with your order. Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.

To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us noting the items you are returning, reason for the return and your order number.
- We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
- Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Once your return order is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of receipt) you will be contacted regarding the replacement or refund the item(s). Credits are applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Orders can be modified accordingly online within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation email without disruption. After the 2-hour window, you must email or call our customer service department later with your order reference number at email@example.com or 561-465-2411.
